0.3d Update

Hello Players,

Everyone is asking me "Tactical when is 0.3d coming out?". The answer is when the SAMP Team decide it is official and release the update.

When the Server is Updated I will post the link here which you will have to update because 0.3c R3 will no longer work in any server running 0.3d.
