New Format for Posting on Forums

Since there are no forms of posting atm, I suggest that posts have a specific format. This would make it easier for both admins and other players to understand what the whole thread is about.

E.g. (Title)
Instead of "ban him...........", it is easier if the thread is titled : "Player Complaint: nameofplayer" then just explain the details in the thread.
